Sunrise Wood Designs has made a multi-million dollar investment in state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, enabling the company to produce cabinets of exceptional craftsmanship and design. The company has also secured a long-term lease on approximately 50,000 square feet of centrally-located manufacturing space providing us prime access to major arteries in the D/FW Metroplex and facilitating timely resolution of any customer need. The end result of our commitment to manufacturing excellence is our ability to deliver custom cabinet packages of exacting detail, reducing our customers’ time and cost to complete their homes.
Service Excellence
Sunrise Wood Designs strives to deliver cabinet packages to our customers with zero defects through our entire process from sales to installation. Although we have greatly reduced the risk of error, there will still be occasional issues to address and SWD’s entire organization is committed to service excellence to remedy any matter, ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied. Drafting and Production | Through SWD’s highly skilled Drafting Department, custom homebuilders experience our commitment to service with our ability to handle the most creative and complex design projects. Additionally, we provide a seamless transition into production via CAD-integrated equipment, ensuring precision cuts on every job and minimizing the risk of product defects. Once in production, SWD’s commitment to a professional, documented workforce minimizes our customer’s risk of production and delivery delays.
Quality Control | Custom homebuilders also experience our commitment to service through a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Team. After assembly is complete but before cabinets are shipped, SWD’s Quality Control Team personally inspects each item to ensure that customers receive the cabinet package they ordered and that the construction of each cabinet meets our demanding standards. Although it's a simple process, most competitors choose to skip this step and handle problems on site. SWD places a higher importance on attention to detail, and we strive to catch and correct errors before you receive our product.
Installation and Service | Custom homebuilders will experience SWD’s commitment to service with our professional, in-house Installation Team. In-house installation teams result in a more efficient process for our customer, minimizing cabinet loss and damage due to timing delays of subcontractors. In one day and with one set of hands, your cabinets are carefully transported from our production facility to your home and professionally installed. Our commitment to service with our responsive Service Department ensures that the consistency and attention to detail is realized in every customer interaction.
